O60 and O70 with exception of max 3 players O58 or O68. Team captains are responsible for their players qualification.

We plan 2 groups of 8 teams. Depending on the number of teams games will be 2 x 25 max. Matches will be played on 2 water based pitches.

The participation fee for the Tournament, amounts to € 1.800 per team which includes one dinner at the clubhouse and one gala dinner for 12 players. Additional participants 110 € each (or 40 for Racing Dinner and 70 for Gala Dinner).
Both dinners will be separated by age groups, e.g. Thursday evening Group 60 at Racing and Group 70 Gala dinner and vice versa on Friday evening.

Down payment of € 1.000,00 per team will guarantee your participation. The balance will have to be paid upon arrival depending of the number of players and accompanying persons. This also guarantees your seat at both dinners. With the number of teams being limited, the down payment date will be taken on a “First Come First Served” basis directly linked to when the deposit has been received.

A welcome coffee and cakes/biscuits as you arrive on Thursday. A Belgian Dinner at the Royal Racing Club of Brussels and  a Gala-Dinner. A late afternoon "Farewell" drink will be offered to all participants after the awards presentation at the end of the tournament.
